We all know that technology can be a huge asset for artists and creatives developing a project, but it can also be overwhelming and time consuming to know how to get the best out of it.

If you are interested in how easy-to-learn tech tools can positively impact your own art making join us at the IOU studio for our March workshop.

IOU’s Creative Director, Richard Warburton, and Technical Manager, Loui Binns, will introduce and demystify some of the tech tools you can employ as artists in the development and making of your work.

This 2 hour taster session will take you through the basics of:

  • Twine, an open-source tool for telling interactive, nonlinear stories.
  • Podcast audio editing using online editors.
  • Short video editing in Premiere Pro.

Suitable for all abilities and experience.
No specialist equipment is required – just a lap top

The workshop will be delivered by IOU Creative Director, Richard Warburton, and Technical Manager, Loui Binns, who leads the IOU’s teams working on current creative and technology led productions Sound Wave Collider and The Wheel

Tickets £10 / £8
